These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 10ein platform. Please read them carefully before registering, depositing or placing any wager. By accessing 10ein, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered account holders, depositing players and any person accessing platform content. By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.
10ein reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on 10ein, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register an account or place any wager. 10ein operates a strict adults-only policy. If it is discovered at any point that a user is under the applicable minimum age, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or wagering. Users based in Pakistan should be aware that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws may restrict or prohibit gambling activities. 10ein does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not represent that its services are authorised for use in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you have independently verified your legal position and accept all associated legal risk.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
To create a 10ein account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number and any other information requested.
You are required to keep your registration details up to date at all times. Any change to your personal information — including a change of address, phone number or email — must be updated promptly by contacting support. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 10ein will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
We may require you to complete identity verification at any point — including before processing withdrawals, after depositing beyond certain thresholds, or as part of our ongoing compliance obligations. Acceptable documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
By using the Platform, you agree to abide by the following conduct standards at all times:
The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You must use the Platform in good faith, in compliance with Applicable Law and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its infrastructure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 10ein:
10ein does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures or external factors beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable. 10ein shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 10ein references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers from providers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. Availability of specific payment channels is subject to change without prior notice. Reference to these payment providers does not imply their endorsement or support of gambling.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Amounts are denominated in PKR where applicable. 10ein reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding specified thresholds.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: completion of KYC verification; absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements; and no active investigation into the account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
Processing times vary by payment method. 10ein targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the Help section, but cannot guarantee specific timescales where delays arise from third-party payment processors, banking systems or compliance reviews. 10ein is not liable for delays attributable to payment service providers, including any Pakistani bank or mobile wallet operator.
Where transactions are processed in PKR, amounts will be displayed and settled in Pakistani Rupees. Where conversion from another currency is required, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed at the time of transaction. 10ein is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuation or conversion fee applied by your payment provider.
10ein reserves the right to refuse, reverse or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or a compliance concern. In such cases, we may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on 10ein are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Always read the full promotion terms before opting in.
Unless promotion-specific terms state otherwise, the following general restrictions apply to all bonuses:
Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in voiding of the bonus, potential forfeiture of associated winnings and may result in account closure.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 10ein. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference. 10ein reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including on specific markets, event types or for specific users.
In the event of a system error, manifest pricing error or technical fault that results in odds being misquoted, 10ein reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both sports betting markets and casino game malfunctions. We will endeavour to resolve such situations promptly and fairly.
Settlement of sports bets — including cricket matches, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament games, football and UFC events — is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases where a result is disputed or under review, settlement may be delayed until the official result is confirmed. 10ein's decision on settlement is final.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or market as published on the Platform. Generally, if a match does not reach its minimum completion threshold, single-event bets will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets may be settled at reduced odds depending on the sport rules applied.
Casino games — including live dealer roulette, baccarat and blackjack — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game interface. The Platform's published Return to Player (RTP) figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. 10ein is not responsible for connection interruptions during live games caused by the user's internet service provider.

The 10ein name, logo and all associated branding are proprietary marks of 10ein.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from 10ein.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 10ein, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses.
10ein's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
10ein reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity has occurred; continued operation of the account poses a compliance or reputational risk; or where required by Applicable Law or a competent authority.
Upon termination for cause, 10ein may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified available balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method after completion of applicable checks.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any remaining verified balance will be returned after applicable checks.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10ein holds its operating licence. Users access the Platform on the understanding that local laws — including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional obligations or restrictions. 10ein does not represent that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the operator's licence jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that pursuing such dispute resolution may involve engaging with a foreign jurisdiction.
10ein may revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered users by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by Applicable Law or a competent authority, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://10ein.cam/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your account before the revision takes effect.
